To our surprise and delight, Brett showed up around 2:00 p.m. He was personable, professional, and extremely efficient in identifying the problem (a broken pipe in our garage). He quickly and effectively made the repair, adding a few features to protect the pipe in the future. In addition to the repair, he provided us with a reference for the sheet rock work that would be necessary.
